We provide complete custom systems for planned, preventive and condition-based maintenance, based on hardware and software designed, developed and manufactured by Mikros:
- The ADEPT Maintenance Automation Workstation – everything you need for periodic maintenance in one portable enclosure
- The ADSSS Condition-Based Maintenance system – remote monitoring (RMM) and prognostics analysis for reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
- Prognostics Framework (PF) and Diagnostic Profiler (DP) – software to optimize diagnostics and predict future system performance
ADSSS TIM provides a “Swiss army knife” style Smart Sensor capability that adapts to many different target system hardware interfaces. It employs a data capture script design which allows measurement data points to be easily added and adjusted without software modification. Data is captured in IEEE SIMICA standard format. Data buffering and logging supports network connectivity disruption. 
Prognostics Framework employs hierarchical models that link together to accommodate variations in target system configuration. The “plug and play” approach allows different model versions to be created and then plugged into the overall system hierarchy to accurately represent the system configuration. 
ADSSS captures and consolidates operational “leading indicator” data from target systems distributed throughout the world. Data is collected in IEEE SIMICA standard format and transferred via a secure SATCOM network to a data center in the USA where Prognostics Framework analyzes data from all LCS ship activities to provide a system readiness dashboard, detailed reports, proactive maintenance recommendations and support maintenance planning.
